Saw Mill

This Sawmill has the "burner", a "log chute" with "real logs" on it and also logs in a pile. The chute attaches to an opening in the top floor.  It has a pallet with "finished lumber" on the dock. It has slatted "vent" windows. You can have your choice of sign names and color change (must be a regular color - not mixed).

This City Police Station is really from an earlier era. It has simulated "Sand Stone" slabs/bricks on outside of the building. It has the bars in some of the windows. This building could actually be used for a Police Station (as shown), a County Courthouse or City Hall.

Boat Dock

This Boat Dock is a cute addition for the water in your layout.  It has a Canoe with "rope" attached (canoe is loose so you can set it on dock or put it in the water). There is "fish netting" draped on left side, windows on both sides, "Fresh Bait" sign on right side, Oar name sign, door in back & a Crane perched on posts.

The Dock is 18" wide x 14" deep. The building is 10" wide x 8" deep x 10" tall. The "pilings" extend in the water 5".
