List Prices: Please read this important note about "List Prices". The very reasonable prices you see on this web site are based on the material and labor required for each structure. But they are not necessarily what you will pay to own one of these beautiful buildings. All of these buildings are sold through E-bay online auctions in the Collectibles : Trains, RR Models : Scales : Other section. As each hand made building is finished, it is listed on E-bay with an initial bid of 1/2 the "List Price"! There is never a "reserve price", so the highest bid wins the building even if that bid is for significantly less than "List Price".
How to Buy: There are often a dozen or more buildings listed on E-bay at any one time. Look for auctions by "bertrk" to see what is currently available. If you don't see the building you want, send an e-mail to Bert to find out when the next one will be listed.
Customizing: Many of these fine structures can be customized with different colors, different text on the signs, etc. When you win your auction, be sure to mention any special requests you have as you arrange payment and delivery terms.
Shipping: The buyer will pay actual shipping, insurance and handling costs. Payment must be made in 5 to 7 days or item will be re-listed on E-bay. Checks are held until they clear.
